 Working under the Director of Online Marketing, the Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of innovative, online marketing campaigns and initiatives including website updates, display, mobile, video, social, SEO and SEM. You would proactively lead the team on the most efficient and strategic use of digital media and new technologies, find new and innovative ways to drive traffic and conversion performance.

Responsibilities include develop and execute online strategy to reach and measure campaign success, including determining KPIs, optimization, working with cross functional teams to ensure digital complements are completed, stay up-to-date on latest developments in industry, trends and opportunities, prepare best practices, manage all the content on the website.

• 5+ years digital/online marketing experience

Position Summary:

The Specialist, Digital Marketing role will be accountable for supporting the Team Lead, Digital Marketing in executing online marketing and merchandising plans that support BFA/Line of Business initiatives that improve the CTR site experience.


  • Successful implementation of all online marketing programs and serving as Day-to-Day Business Contact for the merchandising team. In addition to coordinating communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Managing workback schedules and external partners (Digital Agency) to stay on track for successful delivery.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to merchandising and strategic marketing teams on a daily basis.
  • Present quarterly competitive reviews and staying informed on new and upcoming technologies and events.
  • Leveraging Online Analytics to execute and deliver merch-centric analysis and recommendations to support client's objectives (programs, products, and assortment).
  • Coordinating and leading the post- campaign analysis of projects, with the guidance and supervision of their Team Lead. Analyze metrics and produce summary reports for Digital team and merchandising team.
  • Support the execution of marketing plans for online channel that leverage appropriate online marketing tactics (Consumer Generated Content, Keyword Buy, E-Mail Marketing etc).
  • Build, test and deploy category updates and landing pages as outlined in the annual plan (both English and French), as well as Comparison Tools, Buying Guides and CST tools.


  • 2-3 years of experience working in a digital role/digital marketing environment
  • A university degree, or experience that is equivalent, coupled with an online certificate
  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to translate complex technical requirements into business terms
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and research skills
  • Marketing and/or Merchandising experience in retail
  • Agency relationship management experience
  • Business knowledge around e-merchandising principles and processes
  • Basic understanding of online analytics, experience with Omniture and or Google analytics
  • Team player with the ability to manage relationships with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Organizational and problem solving skills are a must
  • Excellent time management and project management skills and attention to detail is a must
