Online Marketing Manager

 Working under the Director of Online Marketing, the Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery of innovative, online marketing campaigns and initiatives including website updates, display, mobile, video, social, SEO and SEM. You would proactively lead the team on the most efficient and strategic use of digital media and new technologies, find new and innovative ways to drive traffic and conversion performance.

Responsibilities include develop and execute online strategy to reach and measure campaign success, including determining KPIs, optimization, working with cross functional teams to ensure digital complements are completed, stay up-to-date on latest developments in industry, trends and opportunities, prepare best practices, manage all the content on the website.

• 5+ years digital/online marketing experience
• Experience in display and SEM
• Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Strong project management

Post-Secondary Degree
